摘要
对比和分析多股簧多次使用后的动态响应特性;通过采用差分演进算法对多股簧的试验数据进行参数辨识,获得不同退化程度下的多股簧非线性响应模型参数并建立拨弹板簧和复进簧的性能退化模型。通过搭建考虑内弹道和导气装置耦合过程的火炮自动机有限元模型,将弹簧退化模型应用于自动机动力学仿真计算。结果显示,在自动炮寿命末期,多股簧性能退化导致火炮自动机理论射速降低约10%。
Based on the experimental data of feeding slide spring and counterrecoil spring of a small caliber machine gun,the dynamic response characteristics of springs after repeated using were compared and analyzed,and the definition of performance degradation of stranded wire helical spring was presented.By using differential evolution algorithm,the nonlinear response model parameters of spring in different degradation degrees was identified,and the performance degradation model of feeding slide spring and counterrecoil spring was presented.A finite element model of automatic mechanism,which considers the coupling effects of interior ballistics and gas-operated device,was established;with using of the aforementioned performance degradation model of springs,the influences of performance degradation on the dynamic characteristics of automatic mechanism were analyzed.The results show that,the performance degradation of stranded wire helical spring will decrease about 10%of the theoretical shooting rate in the end of the life of automatic weapon.
