摘要
为改变现有避险逃生模式无法满足神东矿区大型井田避险逃生需求的现状,分析了逃生路线前端、中部和末端存在的问题,提出“可移动式救生过渡站+永久避难硐室+逃生通道”的避险逃生模式,计算逃生路线的关键参数,为关键节点配套了逃生装备;基于逃生时间和施工技术水平,提出了逃生通道内配套设备的选择方法;研究了以钻孔垂直度综合控制技术和大直径预钻孔长时稳定护孔技术为核心的大直径预钻孔技术;开发了车载救援提升系统,在神华神东煤炭集团大柳塔煤矿建设了示范工程。结果表明:大直径预钻孔孔斜度0.102%,与避难硐室顺利贯通,车载救援提升系统运行良好,形成了大型井田自采掘面至地表的覆盖全程的避险逃生路线,满足大型井田避险逃生需求。
In order to change the present situation that the existing refuge escape model can’t meet the refuge escape needs of Shendong with large mine field,the paper analyzed the problems existing in the front,middle and end of the escape route and promoted the refuge escape model“movable lifesaving transition station+permanent refuge chamber+escape channel”,calculated the key parameters of escape route and matched equipment for the key nodes.Based on the escape time and the level of construction technology,the equipment selection method for escape channel was promoted.The paper researched the large diameter pre-bored technology which mainly composed by borehole verticality integrated control technology and longtime stable protecting technology for large diameter hole.Vehicle rescue lifting system was developed and demonstration project was constructed in Daliuta mine of Shenhua Shendong Coal Group.The result showed that the pre-bored hole connected the refuge chamber smoothly for the inclination was only 0.102%,the vehicle rescue lifting system worked well,the escape route covering the whole course from the mining face to the surface was formed and meet the refuge escape needs of large mine field.
