摘要
针对目前汽车最小转弯直径测量方法和计算模型的不足,为提高测量精度,将测量时车身侧倾引起的误差考虑在内,提出侧倾位移误差的概念并对侧倾位移误差进行推导。对计算汽车最小转弯直径的数学模型进行修正,并通过MATLAB实验仿真的方法对修正模型进行验证。结果显示,修正后的计算模型明显减小了侧倾位移误差的影响,改善了汽车最小转弯直径测量的精度。
With the deficiencies of measuring method and calculation model for automobile minimum turning diameter,the concept of roll displacement error is proposed and the roll displacement error is deduced with the consideration of the error caused by the body roll during measurement to improve the accuracy.The mathematical model for calculating the minimum turning diameter of the car is modified,and the model after modification is verified by the MATLAB experimental simulation method.The results show that the modified calculation model significantly reduces the influence of the roll displacement error and improves the accuracy of the vehicle’s minimum turning diameter measurement.
