摘要
实验利用旋涂法制备了一种明胶(Gelatin)和聚乙烯醇(PVA)的复合薄膜,通过金相显微镜、红外光谱、接触角测量仪对所得薄膜进行了表征测试,探究了不同比例的Gelatin和PVA对薄膜性能的影响。研究表明,随着两种聚合物比例的不同,薄膜性能差异较大。Gelatin和PVA的比例越大,薄膜的接触角越小,润湿性能也越好,并且所有样品的接触角均小于90°,说明薄膜具有良好的亲水性。随着Gelatin与PVA比例的增大,复合薄膜的厚度也逐渐增加,说明Gelatin的加入量决定了复合薄膜的厚度。
A composite film of gelatin (Gelatin) and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) was prepared by spin coating. The film was characterized by metallographic microscope, FT-IR and contact angle measuring instrument. The effect of the different ratio between Gelatin and PVA on the film properties was investigated. Studies have shown that the film properties varied greatly with the change of the two polymers’ratio. The larger the ratio of Gelatin/PVA, the smaller the contact angle of the film, the better the wetting property. The contact angles of all the samples were less than 90?, indicating that the film had good hydrophilicity. As the ratio of Gelatin/PVA increased, the thickness of the composite film also increased, indicating that the amount of Gelatin added determined the thickness of the composite film.
