Migration Rule of Trace Elements in Coal Gasification Process

摘要 为研究煤气化过程中微量元素的迁移方向,采集了Shell粉煤气化过程中的煤样、渣和飞灰进行了微量元素检测,研究煤气化过程中不同微量元素迁移方向,并对迁移规律进行了探索。结果表明:Ba,Be,Co,Cr,Cu,Ga,Ge,Li,Mn,Pb,Sb,Sn,Sr,Ti,Tl,V,Y,Zr等18种微量元素气化过程中的迁移有不同的难易程度,其中Be,Sb,Sr 3种元素迁移率低于20%,属于难迁移元素,主要富集于煤气中;Co,Cu,Ga,Ge,Li,Mn,Pb,Tl和V等9种元素迁移率高于70%,为易迁移元素,主要富集于渣和飞灰中;Ba,Cr,Sn,Ti,Y,Zr 6种元素迁移率为30%~60%,为较易迁移元素,在各种废弃物中均有存在。使用统计学软件SPSS19.0进行相关性和聚类分析,结果与上述迁移方向基本一致。 In order to study the migration direction of trace elements during coal gasification process,the coal,slag and fly ash samples in Shell gasification unit were collected,and the migration rules of trace element were explored.The results show that the migration of 18 trace elements Ba,Be,Co,Cr,Cu,Ga,Ge,Li,Mn,Pb,Sb,Sn,Sr,Ti,Tl,V,Y and Zr in the gasification process has different degrees of difficulty.The mobility of Be,Sb and Sr,mainly concentrated in syngas,is less than 20%;these elements are hard to migrate to slag and fly ash.The mobility of nine elements such as Co,Cu,Ga,Ge,Li,Mn,Pb,Tl and V is higher than 70%;these are easily transportable elements and mainly concentrated in slag and fly ash.The mobility of six elements such as Ba,Cr,Sn,Ti,Y,and Zr are 30%-60%,which are relatively easy migration element and exists in slag and fly ash.Correlation and cluster analysis were performed using SPSS,and the results are basically consistent with the above migration directions.
