摘要
在广东省建设卫生强省的大背景下,粤东地区的医疗硬件建设正在快速推进。大型综合医院地下室设有大量设备及贵重仪器,而由于地下室低于室外地面、空间封闭,发生城市洪涝灾害时会面临雨水倒灌的威胁。如何应对洪涝灾害是大型综合医院地下室设计的重要课题,尤其是粤东地区的雨季,在这种恶劣天气环境下,洪涝灾害问题尤甚。文章以海丰县彭湃纪念医院新院区建设项目为例,探讨提升建筑地下室防洪涝性能的设计方法。
Under the great background of building strong healthy province in Guangdong, the construction of the medical hardware in eastern Guangdong is developing rapidly. There are a large number of large and expensive equipment in the basement of the large comprehensive hospital. Being below the ground, basement has a closed space. When there is flooding disaster, the basement usually faces with the threaten of rainwater infusion. How to cope with flooding disaster is an important topic for the basement design of large comprehensive hospital, especially in rainy season in eastern Guangdong, the flooding disaster of which is serious especially in bad weather conditions. This paper takes Pengpai Memorial Hospital in Haifeng County as an example to discuss the design methods of improving the basement flood control performance.
