摘要
目的:探讨在小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎超声诊断价值。方法:2017年1月—2019年6月应用高频彩超对65例肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿及体检健康儿童进行检查,对同一切面淋巴结数量方面,肠系膜淋巴结长、短径、血流阻力指数及其血流信号指标进行评价分析和比对。结果:观察组腹腔内可见多个大小不一的肿大淋巴结,观察组同一切面淋巴结数量方面(3.87±0.56)、肠系膜淋巴结长径(1.80±0.39)c m、短径(0.76±0.30)c m、血流阻力指数(0.66±0.18)高于对照组的(1.25±0.77)、(0.93±0.28)cm、(0.41±0.19)c m、(0.39±0.11)(t=11.34,9.36,8.23,P<0.05),观察组采用抗生素进行治疗后复查,淋巴结恢复正常。结论:高频超声可以对儿童腹腔内淋巴结形态、数量、血流阻力指数、内部回超声等给予准确的反映,从而有效提高肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿的诊断准确率。
Objective To explore the clinical value of ultrasonography in diagnosis of mesenteric lymphadenitis in children.Methods From January 2017 to June 2019,65 children with mesenteric lymphadenitis(observation group)and healthy children(control group)were examined by high frequency color Doppler on same section,lymph nodes number,length,short diameter,blood flow resistance index and blood flow signal index of mesenteric lymph nodes were evaluated,analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,multiple enlarged lymph nodes of different sizes were found in the abdomen,The observation group number of lymph nodes in the same section(3.87±0.56).The length of mesenteric lymph nodes(1.80±0.39)cm.The short diameter(0.76±0.30)cm.The blood flow resistance index(0.66±0.18)were higher than that of the control group(1.25±0.77),(0.93±0.28)cm,(0.41±0.19)cm,(0.39±0.11)(t=11.34,9.36,8.23,P<0.05).In the observation group,the lymph nodes returned to normal after treatment with antibiotics.Conclusion High-frequency ultrasound can accurately reflect the shape,number,blood flow resistance index and internal echo of intraperitoneal lymph nodes in children,so as to effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy of mesenteric lymphadenitis in children.
