摘要
目的:了解超声评价肺动脉高压患者右心室功能的研究进展,为肺动脉高压患者右心室功能评价提供借鉴。方法:通过对国内外超声评价肺动脉高压患者右心室功能的相关文献进行查阅,掌握其研究动态。结果:对于采用超声评价肺动脉高压患者右心室功能,国内外均有相关研究。结论:根据相关研究,超声心动图技术因其提供了客观的循证医学证据和定量评估手段可以帮助我们认识PAH患者右心室功能,并且还可以指导临床疾病进展及评估治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the progress of ultrasonic evaluation of right ventricular function in patients with pulmonary hypertension.Methods The literature on evaluating right ventricular function by ultrasound in patients with pulmonary hypertension was reviewed.Results There are many studies on evaluating right ventricular function in patients with pulmonary hypertension by ultrasound.Conclusions According to relevant studies,echocardiography can help us understand right ventricular function in PAH patients because it provides objective evidence-based medical evidence and quantitative assessment methods,and can also guide clinical disease progression and evaluate therapeutic effects.
