摘要
本研究以初中生为研究对象,采用实证研究的方法对初中生的心理弹性状况及其与知觉压力、社会支持的关系进行探究,有利于帮助初中生更好地应对压力事件、提高抗挫力和心理健康水平。
This study takes junior middle school students as the research object,and uses empirical research method to explore junior middle school students’ psychological resilience and its relationship with perceived stress and social support,which is conducive to help junior middle school students cope with stress events better,improve their resilience and mental health level.
