摘要
目的分析循证护理急救演练在产科急重症临床教学中的应用价值。方法筛选在该院产科实习的护理专业实习生70名,筛选时间范围是2018年3—11月。采用抽签方法分为试验组和对照组,对照组实习生采用传统教学模式,试验组在教学工作实施循证护理急救演练,对比两组教学效果和学生考核成绩。结果对比操作技能、理论知识考虑评分试验组实习生均高于对照组;对比两组实习生获得的教学效果试验组实习生优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在产科急重症临床教学中应用循证护理急救演练,能够提高学生的综合能力,保障最佳的教学效果。
Objective To analyze the application value of evidence-based nursing first-aid exercise in the clinical teaching of obstetric emergency.Methods A total of 70 nursing intern trainees in the obstetrics in our hospital were screened.The screening time ranged from March to November 2018.The lottery method was divided into the experimental group and the control group.The intern trainees in the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode.The experimental group implemented the evidence-based nursing first-aid exercise in the teaching work,and compared the two groups of teaching effects and student assessment results.Results Comparing the operational skills and theoretical knowledge,the scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group.The comparison between the two groups of interns was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing first aid drills in the clinical teaching of obstetric emergency and severe disease can improve students'comprehensive ability and ensure the best teaching effect.
