摘要
创新发展已经越来越成为提升城市竞争力的重要战略,而大学作为知识创新的场所也在城市创新发展的战略中占有越来越重要的地位,各类环大学校园产业区、产业带已经成为拉动城市经济发展的新的生长点。而另一方面,随着大学校园的扩展,许多大学都在郊区建设更大规模的新校园,而留在城市中心地段的校园如何更好地利用高校科研资源,扮演好带动所在城区经济发展和城市生活活力的角色也成为城市设计研究领域的一项重要课题。本文通过对"创新产业""知识城市""大学科技园"等方面的理论梳理及国内外优秀案例进行分析,以合肥工业大学位于市中心的北校区为例,阐述其对于促进城区创新发展的潜力,提出一套以注入创新产业为切入点,梳理城市空间脉络为手段,将校园城区化为特征的更新策略,以创建符合知识城市特征的具有创新活力的城市空间体系,以期对相关大学校园空间更新提供参考。
Innovation and development has increasingly become an important strategy to enhance the competitiveness of cities,and universities,being the place of knowledge innovation,also take an important position in the strategy of urban innovation and development.All kinds of industrial districts and industrial belts around universities have become a new growing point to promote the development of urban economy.On the other hand,with the expansion of university campuses,many universities are building larger new campuses in the suburbs.How to make better use of efficient scientific research resources and play a good role in promoting the economic development and vitality of urban life has also become an important topic in the field of urban design research.Through the theoretical study of"innovative industry","knowledge city"and"university science and technology park"and the analysis of excellent cases worldwide,this paper takes the north campus of Hefei University of Technology as an example,expounds its potential for promoting the innovation and development of urban areas,and puts forward a set of innovative industries characterized by injecting knowledge radiation.Combing the context of urban space,this papers puts forward the urban renewal strategy of campus space so as to create an innovative and dynamic urban space system in line with the characteristics of knowledge city,with a view to provide a reference for the renewal of relevant university campus space.
