眼前山铁矿破碎区域斜坡道联合支护研究 被引量:1

摘要 眼前山铁矿地下采场斜坡道穿过地质破碎区域,原有支护效果不理想。为解决该问题,需对现行的支护方法进行改进。通过对工程因素和作业工序的现场调查研究发现支护外围脱离原岩的松散岩石对金属拱架的横向挤压是导致巷道支护侧帮变形过大,稳定维持时间过短的原因,由此提出采用多种工艺相结合的联合支护方案替代原有支护方法。工程实践表明该方案能够有效地控制斜坡道的地压,提高其侧帮抗变形能力,确保矿山的安全生产。 The slope ramp of the Yanqianshan underground iron mine passes through the geological fractured zone,and the original supporting effect is not ideal.In order to solve the problem,the existing support method needs to be improved.Based on the field investigation and study of geological factors,engineering factors and operating procedures,it is found that the lateral extrusion of the loose rock mass detached from the original rock on the periphery of the support to the metal arch is the reason for the excessive deformation of the side wall of roadway support and the short stability maintenance time.A combined supporting scheme with multiple processes is proposed to replace the original support method.The engineering practice shows that the scheme can effectively control the ground pressure of the slope,improve the anti-deformation ability of the side wall and ensure the safety production of the mine.
