摘要
目的探讨绘画治疗在体外受精胚胎移植过程中对抑郁患者心理状态、应激激素水平和妊娠成功率的影响。方法对IVF-ET治疗的患者进行SDS评分问卷调查,筛选出110例抑郁患者,随机分为2组,对照组给予常规治疗及宣教,干预组在常规治疗及宣教的基础上给予绘画治疗。比较2组干预前后抑郁、焦虑和社会支持程度及血清中皮质醇和肾上腺素表达水平,并观察2组的妊娠结局相关指标。结果干预组抑郁、焦虑评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);血清皮质醇的表达水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.0001);社会支持评分明显高于对照组(P<0.01);妊娠成功率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论绘画治疗可明显改善体外受精-胚胎移植抑郁患者的心理状态,降低应激激素的表达水平,提高社会支持程度,提高患者妊娠成功率。
Objective To investigate the effects of painting therapy on the mental status,stress hormone levels and pregnancy success rate in the women with depression during vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET).Methods The SDS score questionnaire was used to investigate 60 patients with depression,who were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in control group were treated by routine treatment and nursing,however,the patients in intervention group,on the basis of control group,were treated by painting therapy.The scores of depression,anxiety and social support,and the serum levels of cortisol and adrenaline before and after intervention were observed and compared between the two groups.Moreover related indexes with pregnancy outcome were also observed and compared between the two groups.Results The scores of depression and anxiety as well as the serum levels of cortisol in intervention group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).However the scores of social support and success rate of pregnancy in intervention group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion The painting therapy can obviously improve the psychological state of patients who underwent IVF-ET,which can decrease the expression levels of stress hormones,increase the social support degree,improve the pregnancy success rate of patients.
