摘要
针对某公司由于离心压缩机组本特利3500轴位移及轴振动信号受干扰,造成离心压缩机组停车;西门子PCS7-400DCS控制系统重要模拟量信号受干扰,造成净化和合成工段非正常停车两起事件,分析了西门子PCS7-400DCS系统干扰信号产生的原因,提出了离心机组3500轴振动位移监测系统与西门子PCS7-400DCS控制系统信号稳定运行的对策并予以实施。
