X射线测量残余应力在曲轴和连杆加工中的应用

摘要 为有效评估和监控曲轴和连杆磨削加工质量及其滚压和喷丸强化效果,采用X射线衍射法测量磨削强化后曲轴和连杆的残余应力。采用电解抛光技术,探测和分析工件一定深度的残余应力。分析结果表明:X射线测量残余应力法可有效监控淬火曲轴磨削后轴颈应力梯度、球铁曲轴沉割槽滚压效果、连杆喷丸后强化效果。此研究为X射线测量残余应力法在失效分析工作中的应用积累试验数据。X射线测量残余应力法可应用于零件的变形、开裂、烧伤等失效模式的分析。 In order to effectively evaluate and monitor the grinding quality,as well as rolling and shot peening effects,the residual stresses of crankshaft and con-rod were measured by X-ray diffraction method. Residual stress in a certain depth was detected and analyzed by electrolytic polishing technology. The results showed that the measurement of residual stress with X-ray could effectively monitor quenched journal stress gradient after grinding,the rolling effect of nodular cast iron,and the strengthening effect of con-rod after shot blasting. The research has accumulated experimental data for the application of X-ray measurement to failure analysis. The measurement of residual stress with X-ray can be applied to the analysis of failure modes such as deformation,cracking and burn.
