摘要
为了解决超高速破片发射系统内弹道设计和弹丸设计问题,文中利用经典内弹道模型开发了超高速破片内弹道计算程序,分析了卡瓣分离不彻底对超高速破片杀伤能力的干扰,采用大药室、小口径火炮身管的发射方式提高破片初速。研究结果表明:仿真软件计算初速与实测值误差在10%以内,为后续超高速破片发射系统设计提供了依据;解决了由于常规小口径火炮药室容积限制带来的破片发射初速不高的问题;给出了速度在2000 m·s^-1~2400 m·s^-1的超高速破片发射系统的内弹道设计参数。
In order to solve the problems in the design of the interior ballistic and projectile of an ultra-high-speed fragment launching system,a program for calculating the interior ballistic of ultra-high-speed fragment is developed by using a classical interior ballistic model.The effect of the incomplete separation of clasps on the killing ability of ultra-high-speed fragment is analyzed,and the launching mode of a large chamber and small caliber gun barrel is adopted to increase the initial velocity of fragments.The results show that the error of the initial velocity calculated by the simulation software is less than 10%,which provides a basis for the design of the ultra-high speed fragment launching system.And the problem of low initial velocity of fragment launching caused by the volume limitation of conventional small caliber gun chamber has been solved.The interior ballistic design parameters are given for the ultra-high speed fragment launching system with the velocity between 2000 m·s^-1 and 2400 m·s^-1.
