超声谐振谱技术在压电材料性能表征中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 为保证压电材料定征结果的自洽性,基于单块样品采用超声谐振谱(RUS)技术实现了压电材料全矩阵材料系数的定征。本文阐明了利用RUS技术定征压电材料全矩阵材料系数的原理并给出了具体实施步骤,分析了该技术的优点与局限性;进一步以Mn掺杂铌铟酸铅-铌镁酸铅-钛酸铅(23PIN-48PMN-29PT)样品为例,利用RUS技术对压电单晶均匀性进行无损评价。结果表明,RUS技术可以有效评估池豫铁电单晶的均匀性。 To guarantee the self-consistency of the result,only one sample should be used in the characterization procedure.Resonant ultrasound spectroscopy(RUS)is one of the methods which can characterize all material constants only using one sample.In this paper,the principle and the implementation procedure of RUS in the characterization of piezoelectric materials are described.Its advantages and shortcomings are analyzed.In addition,the principle and the implementation procedure of the RUS technique used in the nondestructive evaluation of the homogeneity of relaxor-based single crystals are described by taking the evaluation of a Mn doped 23PIN-48PMN-29PT single crystal sample as an example.The results show that the homogeneity can be effective evaluating by RUS.
