摘要
目的探讨锁边连续垂直褥式内缝合法在整形外科中的应用效果。方法选择180例面颈部外伤患者为研究对象,其中60例采用锁边连续垂直褥式内缝合法(A组);60例采用传统的垂直褥式间断内缝合法(B组);60例采用传统的垂直褥式连续内缝合法(C组)。所有患者术后4~5 d拆线,并对行伤口恢复情况进行满意度评分;术后3、6个月随访瘢痕增生情况,并请患者进行满意度评分。结果术后4~5 d拆线时,伤口恢复情况的满意度调查评分组间差异无统计学意义;术后3、6个月,A组患者瘢痕增生情况与患者满意度评分均优于B组,而B组优于C组,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论锁边连续垂直褥式内缝合法较传统的缝合法可减少瘢痕增生、提高患者满意度,理论上还可以提高缝合速度。
Objective Toexplore the clinical efficacyofcontinuous vertical beddingintercalation with lockingedges in plastic and cosmetic surgery.Methods A total of 180 patients with face and neck injuries were selected as the study objects,60 patients were treated with continuous vertical bedding intercalation(group A),60 patents with traditional vertical bedding gap intercalation(group B),and 60 patients with traditional vertical bedding continuous intercalation(group C).The stitches were taken out at 4 to 5 days after operation.All patients were investigated for satisfaction with wound recovery at the early postoperative stage.The condition of scar hyperplasia was followed up at 3 and 6 months after operation,and patients were asked to rate their satisfaction.Results When stitches were removed at 4 to 5 days after operation,there was no difference in the satisfaction score of wound recovery.At 3 and 6 months after operation,the scar hyperplasia and the satisfaction score of patients in group A were both better than those in group B.Group B was superior to group C,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional method,the continuous vertical bedding intercalation with locking edges can reduce scar hyperplasia,improve patients’satisfaction and theoretically improve the speed of suture.
