摘要
为确保某高速公路13m装配式预应力混凝土空心板桥梁的预制梁的施工质量,在安装前对单梁进行静载试验。文章介绍了单梁静载试验方法、控制荷载的确定、加载方式等,通过布设应力、挠度测点,实测得到预应力空心板在试验荷载作用下的应力和挠度数据,并结合公路钢筋混凝土桥涵设计规范等相关规范,对试验结果进行了分析处理,验证现场预制的预应力空心板梁的受力性能满足设计及使用要求,且该试验方法可为同类空心板梁的单梁静载试验提供借鉴。
In order to ensure the construction quality of the prefabricated prestressed concrete hollow slab bridge beam of a highway, the static load test of a single beam is carried out before installation.This study introduced the static test methods,determination of load,loading protocol,et al. The stress and deformation of the prestressed hollow slab under experimental loads are collected by pre-positioned sensors. The test results are analyzed based on the design specifications of reinforced concrete bridges for the highway. It can be concluded that the prestressed concrete hollow slab beams with site prefabrication can satisfy the design and application requirements of mechanical performance. Therefore,the static test methods for single-beam used in this study can provide a reference for prefabricated prestressed hollow slab beam.
