摘要
专业教学团队的建设是提高专业人才综合素质的途径之一,其也是实现高职院校特色办学的关键所在.当前,在教育改革的背景之下,众多高职院校都开始尝试进行专业教学团队建设,其在教学团队建设期间取得了一系列的成就,高等教育质量大幅度提升.但是,不可否认,在专业教学团队建设期间,其还存在有建设困境,如专业层面需要建设规划不足、激励机制落后等.本文尝试从本院药品类专业教学团队建设困境入手,分析解决相关问题的对策.
The construction of professional teaching team is one of the ways to improve the comprehensive quality of professional talents,and it is also the key to realize the characteristic running of higher vocational colleges.At present,under the background of educational reform,many vocational colleges begin to try to build professional teaching teams.During the construction of teaching teams,they have made a series of achievements,and the quality of higher education has been greatly improved.However,it is undeniable that during the construction of professional teaching team,there are still construction difficulties,such as the lack of professional level construction planning,backward incentive mechanism and so on.This paper attempts to start from the difficulties in the construction of teaching team of pharmaceutical specialty in our hospital,and analyzes the countermeasures to solve the related problems.
