废节能灯及液晶背光源等含汞物料无害化处理企业职业病危害现场调查及危害因素

Field investigation on occupational hazards of mercury-containing materials and analysis of hazard factors such as waste energy-saving lamps and liquid crystal backlight

摘要 目的分析废节能灯及液晶背光源含汞物料无害化处理过程中产生的职业病危害因素及危害程度,确定该行业生产过程中的职业病危害因素对人体健康的影响。方法采用职业卫生现场调查和职业卫生现场检测等方法对某企业含汞物料无害化处理过程中职业病危害因素进行检测和分析评价。结果操作工接触汞CTWA<0.0013 mg/m^3和CSTEL<0.0013 mg/m^3,均小于限值要求;接触噪声强度LEX.8 h为76.9 dB(A),属于非噪声作业岗位。结论满足工艺允许的情况下,破碎机上方建议增加局部排风罩。 Objective To dectect the occupational hazards of waste energy-saving lamps and liquid crystal backlight mercury-containing materials in the process of innocuous treatment and to determine the impact of occupational hazards on human health in the production process of this industry.Methods Occupational hazard factors in the innocuous treatment of mercury-containing materials in an enterprise were detected and analyzed by means of on-site occupational health survey and on-site occupational health testing.Results Operators exposed to mercury CTWA<0.0013 mg/m^3 and CSTEL<0.0013 mg/m^3 were less than the limit requirements.The exposure noise intensity LEX.8 h=76.9 dB(A)belongs to non-noise working posts.Conclusion It is suggested that local exhaust hood should be added above crusher to meet the requirements of process.
