摘要
猪伪狂犬病是由伪狂犬病毒引起猪的以繁殖障碍和呼吸道疾病为主要特征的传染病,是危害养猪业的重大疫病,净化是彻底控制猪伪狂犬病的唯一出路。本文采用IDEXX ELISA试剂盒评价猪伪狂犬病的PRV-gE和PRV-gB抗体情况,通过阴性后备种猪快速补充替换、免疫程序调整与优化、圈舍分区隔离、gE阳性种猪淘汰和持续监测等净化方案,3年内初步实现了新疆某规模化猪场全场母猪伪狂犬病净化的目标。在净化方案的实施过程中该猪场的配产率和产活仔率得到了稳步提升。
Pseudorabies is a major infectious disease that endangering the pig industry characterized by reproductive disturbance and respiratory diseases caused by pseudorabies virus.Purification is the only way to completely control pig pseudorabies.In this paper,the IDEXX ELISA kit was used to evaluate the PRV-gE antibodies and PRV-gB antibodies of pseudorabies virus.By rapid replenishment and replacement of negative reserve pigs,adjustment and optimization of immune procedures,isolation of enclosure zones,elimination of gE-positive pigs and continuous monitoring,etc.,the goal of purifying pseudorabies in sows of a large scale pig farm in Xinjiang was preliminarily achieved within three years.During the implementation of the purification program,the ratio of farrowing and live birth in the pig farm have been steadily improved.
