摘要
针对智能变电站继电保护的发展现状,提出一种基于间隔智能组件的二次系统构架,并基于该构架对间隔智能组件提出解决方案,包括线路/母联间隔智能组件技术方案、主变间隔智能组件技术方案以及基于共享网络的跨间隔保护技术方案。面向变电站间隔的智能组件纵向集成多种业务功能,设备光口数量大为减少,采用短电缆进行采集和跳闸,有效提高保护速动性;基于共享网络的跨间隔保护充分利用共享数据,结构简单,可靠性高。上述方案解决了智能变电站光纤众多、速动性低、可靠性不高等问题。
In view of the current situation of the relay protection of the smart substation,a secondary system architecture based on the intelligent components of a substation bay is proposed.Based on the architecture,the solution for the intelligent components is proposed,including technical solutions for the line/bus tie bay and the main transformer bay,and the technical solutions for cross-bay protection based on shared networks.The intelligent components for the substation bay vertically integrate multiple service functions so that the number of optical ports of the device is greatly reduced,and the short cable is used for acquisition and tripping to effectively quicken the protection action.The cross-bay protection based on the shared network makes full use of the shared data and has a simple structure and high reliability.The proposed solution can address the problems of too many optical fibers,low quickness and low reliability in the smart substation.
