摘要
目的:对开花前及开花期射干和野鸢尾中6种有效成分进行比较分析,以确定射干和野鸢尾的最佳采收期。方法:对开花前及开花期的射干及野鸢尾进行采收并采用HPLC法对其6种有效成分进行测定。结果:与开花前比较,花期射干中的射干苷、野鸢尾苷含量无明显差异,野鸢尾黄素含量有所减少,鸢尾黄素、次野鸢尾黄素及白射干素有显著增加;野鸢尾中除野鸢尾苷无显著差异外,其余成分含量均显著增加。结论:提示射干和野鸢尾中有效成分在开花期含量高。
Objective:To study dynamic variation of the contents of six isoflavones in Belamcanda chinensis and Iris dichotoma Pall at different flowering periods and decide optimum harvesting times. Method:Drugs at flowering and periods have been collected,the six isoflavones contents in the samples are determined by HPLC. Result:Compared with before flowering,the contents of tectoridin and iridin have no obvious difference,tectorigenin,irisflorentin and dichotomintin has increased significantly,but irigenin decresed in Belamcanda chinensis. The contents of five isoflavones collected at flowering periods in Iris dichotoma Pall are significantly increased except iridin. Conclusion:The contents of active isoflavones in Belamcanda chinensis and Iris dichotoma Pall during flower period are higher than before flowering.
