摘要
目的探索仰卧位下肢神经阻滞在老年患者膝关节镜手术中的应用价值体会。方法方便选取2016年7月—2018年7月期间该院老年膝关节镜手术100例患者(实施奇偶数法分组模式),对照组的50例患者进行侧卧位L3~4行硬膜外腔穿刺麻醉,观察组的50例患者进行仰卧位下肢神经阻滞麻醉。结果观察组患者改良Bromage评分(0.43±0.11)分、VAS评分(1.31±0.22)分、运动神经阻滞恢复时间(3.62±0.28)h、运动神经阻滞起效时间(5.46±1.68)min、感觉神经阻滞恢复时间(3.59±1.43)h、感觉神经阻滞起效时间(4.35±1.49)min均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=1.745、2.574、4.652、12.404、6.358、15.845、P<0.05)。结论在面对老年膝关节镜手术患者时,运用仰卧位下肢神经阻滞干预效果显著。
Objective To explore the application value of supine lower limb nerve block in knee arthroscopy in elderly patients.Methods convenient select 100 patients with knee arthroscopy in the hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were enrolled(parity group method).50 patients in the control group underwent lateral recumbent L3~4 Epidural anesthesia was performed in the epidural space.50 patients in the observation group underwent anesthesia in the supine position of the lower extremity.Results In the observation group,the modified Bromage score(0.43±0.11)points,VAS score(1.31±0.22)points,motor nerve block recovery time(3.62±0.28)h,and motor nerve block onset time(5.46±1.68)min;the recovery time of sensory nerve block(3.59±1.43)h and the onset time of sensory nerve block(4.35±1.49)min were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=1.745,2.574,4.652,12.404,6.358,15.845 P<0.05).Conclusion In the face of elderly knee arthroscopic surgery,the use of supine lower limb nerve block intervention is significant.
