全域信息融合的电力通信网架构设计 被引量:4

摘要 针对电力光传输网缺乏全域规划平台、电力无线专网缺乏精准规划和规划信息缺乏全过程贯通等问题,文章构建了考虑全域信息融合的电力通信网整体架构,搭建了全域信息融合的电力通信网规划系统平台,科学实现通信网"规划-投资-建设-后评估诊断-改进提升"的全过程闭环管理。首先构建了考虑全域信息融合的电力通信网整体架构,在此基础上完成了电力通信网规划系统子平台设计、电力无线专网规划系统子平台设计和信息通信业务管理系统全过程管控子平台设计。通信规划系统平台对提升省级电力通信网管理水平、增强电网发展质量、提高发展效率及效益具有重要意义。 To solve the problems of power optical transmission network lacking global planning platform,power wireless private network lacking precise planning and planning information lacking whole process connection,this paper establishes the overall framework of the communication network with the concern of global information fusion,and a power communication network system platform of global information fusion,which scientifically realizes the closed-loop management of the whole process of "planning-investment-construction-post-evaluation diagnosis-improvement and upgrading" of the communication network.Firstly,the overall architecture of the power communication network considering the global information fusion is constructed.On this basis,the sub-platform design of the power communication network planning system,the sub-platform design of the power wireless private network planning system and the design of the IRS full-process control sub-platform are completed.Based on the platform of communication planning system,the weaknesses of provincial power communication network is analyzed accurately.It is of great significance to improve the management level of provincial power communication network,and enhances the quality of power grid development and improve the efficiency of development.
