摘要
本钢6、7号高炉煤气洗涤水处理系统斜板沉淀池出现大量气泡,气泡上浮对悬浮物沉降造成影响,而且可燃气体具有安全隐患,经对水样、垢样、泥样进行检测分析,根本原因是高炉炼铁产生了大量的高活性的纳米氧化锌等金属氧化物,对煤气组分有很强的吸附作用,并在高温下催化进行了CO与H2O的变换反应。
A lot of bubbles appeared in the inclined plate sedimentation tank of the gas washing water treatment system for the No. 6 and No. 7 blast furnaces of Benxi Steel.Floating up of bubbles has a negative impact on the sedimentation of suspended solids, and combustible gas has a potential safety hazard. Through inspection analysis of water, scale and sludge samples, it was found that the root cause was a large number of highly active nano zinc oxide and other metal oxides produced in blast furnace ironmaking, which has a strong adsorption on gas components and causes conversion reaction of CO with H2 O under high temperature.
