探究高职学生留守经历与心理健康中心理韧性在的中介作用

摘要 目的:探讨高职学生留守经历与心理健康状况的关系以及心理韧性在其中的中介作用,为提高高职学生的心理健康水平提供参考。方法:采用《高职学生留守经历基本情况调查表》(自编)、《青少年心理韧性量表》(RSCA)以及《大学生人格问卷》(UPI)对472名高职学生进行了调查,结果显示:来自农村地区的高职学生的心理健康水平显著高于城市、城镇生源的学生;留守经历和高职学生心理健康水平呈显著正相关;心理韧性在留守经历与心理健康状况之间有部分中介作用。结论:社会要注意经济平衡发展,尽量避免儿童留守,提高个体的心理韧性及心理健康水平;高职院校可以通过提高学生心理韧性促进心理健康水状况的改善。 Objective: explore the relationship between the left-behind experience of vocational college students and their mental health and discuss the mediating effect of mental resilience among this process so as to provide reference for improving their mental health level. Methods: adopt the "Questionnaire of the Basic Situation of Vocational Students Left-behind Experience"(self-compiled), "Adolescent Mental Resilience Scale"(RSCA) and "College Students’ Personality Questionnaire"(UPI) to make the survey in which 472 students are received investigation. Results: it shows that the mental health level of students who come for the rural area is higher than those who come from urban area. Conclusion: society should achieve balanced economic development and try to avoid children being left behind during their childhood;individual mental resilience and mental health level should be improved by themselves and vocational colleges as well.
