青年作为社会发展的中坚力量,有效开展青年工作,才能赢得未来。1994年共青团中央精心筹划,开创了"青年文明号"新名牌,它引导各行各业的青年集体和个人争创一流业绩,并在工作中体现高度的职业文明素养。它开展至今,涌现出了无数兢兢业业,甘于奉献的青年集体与个人。高职校共青团作为党的助手和后备军,为学生综合素质的发展,提供了广阔的舞台。在新时代背景下,全民参与创新创业的浪潮中,通过创建"青年文明号",加强青年师生专业精神、职业精神、工匠精神的培养,能更好地拓展高职校共青团工作。
Youth is the solid backbone of social development, and to effectively carry out youth work is critical to win the future. In 1994, the Central Committee of the Communist Young League launched "Youth Civilization Unit" honor, which has led youth groups and individuals across different fields to perform the best and show professionalism in work. Until today, it has developed numerous diligent youth groups and individuals. And as the assistant and backup team for the Communist Party, the college Communist Youth league has provided a broad stage for students overall development. In the new era when innovation and entrepreneurship have become widely popular, through building "Youth Civilization Unit", we can strengthen the professionalism and craftsmanship spirit in young teachers and students, and better expand the Communist Youth League Work in colleges.
