摘要
职业教育的社区化是指将高等职业教育与社区教育进行整合,使职业教育成为社区教育的重要载体。目前我国职业教育体制尚未十分健全,还没有形成职业教育与地方社区的良好融合,不利于发挥职业教育自身的社会功能。本文主要分析日本、美国、德国等国职业教育社区化的发展状况,并分析其对推进我国职业教育社区化的启示,希望能为我国的职业教育发展提供参考意见。
The communization of vocational education refers to the integration of higher vocational education and community education, so that vocational education becomes an important carrier of community education. At present, the vocational education system in China has not been very sound, and it has not formed a good integration of vocational education and local communities, which is not conducive to the social function of vocational education itself. This article mainly analyzes the development of the communization of vocational education in Japan, America, Germany and other countries, and analyzes its enlightenment to promote the communization of vocational education in China, hoping to provide reference for the development of vocational education in China.
