摘要
变电站监控系统是电力系统中的信号采集、处理和上报系统,能向监控人员提供必要的实时或非实时运行信息,使值班人员和系统监控人员及时了解变电站的运行情况。针对目前变电站监控系统存在的各种问题进行分析,并研制出变电站监控信号后备监测仪,通过实验室和现场验证,该装置能够有效解决站内通信中断造成危急缺陷不能及时处理等问题,可提高电网的运行管理水平,减少事故损失,提高供电质量。
The substation monitoring system is the power system of a signal acquisition,processing and reporting.It can provide the necessary real-time or non-real-time operational information to the monitoring personnel,so that the on-duty personnel and system monitoring personnel can understand the operation status of the substation in time.This paper analyzes various problems existing in the current substation monitoring system and develops a substation monitoring signal backup monitor.Through laboratory and on-site verification,the device can effectively solve the problem that the critical defects cannot be dealt with in time due to communication interruption in the station.It is very important to improve the operation and management level of the power grid.It reduces accident losses and improves the quality of power supply.
