摘要
火电机组SCR系统普遍存在喷氨过量问题。针对某600 MW火电机组,基于SCR系统出口NOx浓度在空间和时间等多维度偏差控制,提出了一种多维度精确喷氨策略。试验结果表明,实施多维度精确喷氨策略后,SCR系统出口NOx浓度分布均匀性得到大幅提升,NOx浓度绝对偏差最大绝对值和NH3排放浓度优于保证值,尿素平均耗量明显降低。多维度精确喷氨实施对火电厂SCR智能脱硝管控和降低氨逃逸水平具有重要意义。
Excessive ammonia injection is a common problem in SCR system of thermal power units.This paper proposes a multi-dimensional accurate ammonia injection strategy for a 600 MW thermal power unit based on the multi-dimensional deviation control of NOx concentration at the outlet of SCR system in space and time.The test results show that after implementing the multi-dimensional accurate ammonia injection strategy,the uniformity of NOx concentration distribution at the outlet of SCR system is greatly improved.The maximum absolute value of absolute deviation of NOx concentration and NH3 emission concentration are better than the guaranteed value,and the average urea consumption is obviously reduced.The implementation of multi-dimensional and accurate ammonia injection is of great significance for SCR intelligent denitration control and for the reduction of ammonia escape level in thermal power plants.
