摘要
为解决皮带运输机的跑偏问题,对皮带运输机出现跑偏的现象进行分析,采用设计改造防跑偏和实时监测预防跑偏相结合的方法对皮带运输机的防跑偏措施进行设计。新设计的措施可以有效提高皮带运输机运行过程中的可靠性,促进企业安全、高效生产,具有一定的推广意义。
In order to solve the problem of belt conveyor running deviation,the running deviation of belt conveyor was analyzed,and the anti-running deviation measures of belt conveyor were designed by combining design and reconstruction with real-time monitoring and prevention.The newly designed measures can effectively improve the reliability of belt conveyor during operation,and promote the safe and efficient production of enterprises.
