摘要
随着国家“双一流”战略的全面开展,高校如何培养一流人才及建设一流本科教育已成为当前的研究热点。文章在分析“双一流”背景下重构高校图书馆学习支持服务的现实必要的基础上,调研剖析了42所“双一流”高校图书馆学习支持服务的实践现状及存在的现实问题,从精准服务的视角出发,融入AI、大数据分析技术等,遵循数据化-标签化-关联化-可视化-智能化的驱动逻辑,构建了智慧数据驱动下的新一代学习支持服务模型,阐释了学习支持服务的内容、形式、流程以及保障体系,旨在推动髙校图书馆学习支持服务的建设,为高等教育从传统教学的“教会知识”向培养学生学习能力的“教会学习”转变提供辅助支持。
With the comprehensive development of the national“Double First-Class”strategy,how to train first-class talents and build first-class undergraduate education in colleges and universities has become the current research hotspot.Based on the analysis of the practical necessity of reconstructing the learning support services of University Libraries under the background of M Double First-CassM,this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the learning support services of 42"Double First-ClassM un iversity libraries.From the perspective of precise service,it integrates Al,5G and big data tech no logy,and follows the numbers.According to the driving logic of data-labeling-relevancy-visualization・intellectualization,this paper constructs a model of learning support service driven by intelligent data,and explains the content,form,process and guarantee system of learning support service,aiming at promoting the construction of learning support service in university libraries and promoting the upgrading of knowledge service in intelligent libraries.
