摘要
随着国家全面要求停止天然林的商业性采伐开始,黑龙江省综合类林业企业失去了部分收入来源,企业发展和经营面临诸多困境,不利于我国经济和生态的可持续发展。主要通过从综合类林业企业的生态效益、社会效益和经济效益综合考量角度出发,通过问卷调查方式,采用层次分析法对黑龙江省林业站管辖范围内的综合类林业企业发展潜力进行评价,得出企业发展潜力影响力最大的3个指标分别是环境可持续发展、生物多样性和企业的科技研发水平。并由此提出为发挥综合类林业企业发展潜力,应当重点加大林业生态保护力度,提高企业自主研发水平和大力发展第三产业等对策。
With the state’s overall request to stop the commercial logging of natural forest,the comprehensive forestry enterprises in Heilongjiang Province have lost part of their income sources,and their development and operation are facing many difficulties,which is not conducive to the sustainable development of our economy and ecology.Based on the comprehensive consideration of ecological,social and economic benefits of comprehensive forestry enterprises,we evaluated the development potential of comprehensive forestry enterprises within the jurisdiction of Heilongjiang Forestry Station by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)through questionnaire survey,and found that the three most influential indicators of enterprise development potential were environmental sustainable development and biological diversity sex and the level of scientific and technological research and development of the enterprise.In order to give full play to the development potential of comprehensive forestry enterprises,we should focus on strengthening the ecological protection of forestry,improving the level of independent research and development of enterprises and vigorously developing the tertiary industry.
