摘要
介绍一个综合化学实验:采用溶胶-凝胶法,钛酸四丁酯做钛源,乙酰丙酮作为螯合剂,制备锐钛矿纳米二氧化钛。实验结果表明,改进的溶胶-凝胶法,操作简单,制得的纳米二氧化钛为锐钛矿晶型,分散度较好。本实验有利于促进学生对纳米合成技术的深入了解,培养和激发学生的创新能力。
A new comprehensive chemical experiment,preparation of anatase titanium dioxide,was developed.Anatase nano-titania was prepared by sol-gel method with tetrabutyl titanate as titanium source and acetylacetone as chelating agent.The experimental results showed that the improved sol-gel method is easy to operate.The structure of samples was anatase with better dispersion.This experiment can promote the in-depth understanding of nano-synthesis technology,and lay a foundation for cultivating and stimulating innovative ability of students.
