摘要
为在黄褐天幕毛虫等鳞翅目食叶害虫防治生产中推广应用生物农药,开展好林木虫害无公害防治工作,以公路绿化林内山桃上发生的黄褐天幕毛虫为试验防治对象,以4.5%高效氯氰菊酯乳油2 000倍液和清水为对照,选用20亿PIB甘蓝夜蛾核型多角体病毒悬浮剂1 000倍液、8 000IU苏云金杆菌油悬浮剂600倍液、2 000 IU苜核·苏云菌悬浮剂750倍液和1%苦参碱水剂1 500倍液等4种生物农药,研究了4种生物农药对3龄前黄褐天幕毛虫幼虫的林间防治效果。结果表明:高效氯氰菊酯施药1 d后即效果显著,施药3 d后虫口减退率达到最高;4种生物农药虫口减退率均随施药后时间的延长而逐渐提高,虽然施药3 d后虫口减退率低于高效氯氰菊酯,但施药7 d后除2 000 IU苜核·苏云菌悬浮剂750倍液虫口减退率未达到90%以外,其他3种生物农药虫口减退率均在90%以上;施药10 d后4种生物农药虫口减退率全部高于高效氯氰菊酯,且均在90%以上,其中20亿PIB甘蓝夜蛾核型多角体病毒悬浮剂和苜核·苏云菌悬浮剂2种生物农药的虫口减退率超过95%,防治效果高出高效氯氰菊酯近7个百分点。除虫口减退率较高,生物农药对天敌影响较小,是一种环境友好型农药。
In order to popularize the application of biological pesticides in controlling Lepidoptera defoliator, such as Malacosoma neustria testacea, and to carry out the non-polluting control of forest insect pests, Malacosoma neustria testacea occurring in Prunus davidiana in highway greening forest was taken as the experimental control object, the water and 2 000 times of 4.5% beta cypermethrin was selected as the control, four biological pesticide, including 1 000 times of 2 billion PIB cabbage armyworm nuclear polyhedrosis virus suspension, 600 times of 8 000 IU bacillus thuringiensis oil suspension, 750 times of 2 000 IU alfalfa nucleus thuringiella suspension and 1 500 times of 1% matrine suspension, were chosen to compare the controlling effects of three-instar larvae of Malacosoma neustria testacea. The results showed that the effect of beta cypermethrin on insect population was remarkable after 1 day of application, and the reducing rate of insect population was the highest after 3 days of application. The reducing rate of insect population of four biological pesticides increased gradually with the extension of time after application. Although the reducing rate of insect population was lower than that of beta cypermethrin after 3 days of application, 2 000 IU alfalfa nucleus thuringiella suspension was removed after 7 days of application of beta cypermethrin. The population decline rate of the other three biological pesticides was more than 90% except that of 750 times solution. After 10 days of application, the population decline rate of the four biological pesticides was all higher than that of beta cypermethrin, and all of them were more than 90%. Among them, the pesticide population decline rate of 2 billion PIB cabbage armyworm nuclear polyhedrosis virus suspension and alfalfa nucleus thuringiella suspension were more than 95%, and the control effect was nearly 7 percentage points higher than that of beta cypermethrin.
