摘要 城市快速路作为道路交通系统的主核心,其在缓解城市交通拥堵方面具有重要作用。不过,一些问题已渐渐暴露于日常交通之中。匝道车辆驶入快速路时,合流所产生的交通冲突,导致车流行驶速度减慢,使得入口处道路通行能力大幅度降低,入口附近交通拥堵已成常态。这严重影响了城市快速路系统功能,问题亟待解决。可从车道布局、匝道控制管理、交通诱导、交通流疏导、匝道相邻地面交叉口组织优化和加强实时调整等多个方面加强组织与控制,多措并举缓解该类区域交通拥堵状况。法语境下更可能导致更多的权力滥用,而非保障另一方的权利。 As the core of road traffic system,urban expressway plays an important role in alleviating urban traffic congestion.However,some problems are gradually exposed in the daily traffic.When on-ramp vehicles enter the expressway,traffic conflicts caused by confluence lead to the slow down of speed,which greatly reduces the capacity of the road at the entrance.Traffic congestion near the entrance has become common,which seriously affects the function of urban expressway system,and needs to be solved urgently.Comprehensive measures should be taken to alleviate traffic congestion in such areas,including lane layout,ramp control and management,traffic guidance,traffic flow guidance,organization optimization of adjacent ground intersections on ramps and real-time adjustment,and so on.
