摘要
近年来,随着我国社会主义市场经济的不断发展,人民物质条件的不断充实,合同诈骗犯罪日趋猖獗,涉案金额不断增多,各种新型犯罪手段不断浮出水面。这不仅严重扰乱了我国社会主义市场经济的正常秩序,也严重侵害了人民群众的经济利益。此类案件被害群众的根本诉求大多是挽回自身的经济损失。因此,公安机关在侦办此类案件的过程中,不仅要查明案情,抓获犯罪嫌疑人,侦破案件,还要重视追赃挽损工作的开展并将其贯穿于整个侦办过程。
In recent years,with the continuous development of the socialist market economy in China and the continuous enriched material conditions of the people,contract fraud has become increasingly rampant with growing amount of money involved and various new types of criminal means,which has not only seriously disrupted the normal economic order,but also effectively infringed on the economic interests of the people.The fundamental appeal of the victims in such cases is mostly to recover their own economic losses.Therefore,the public security organs must not only find out the details,arrest the criminal suspects and solve the case,but also pay attention to recovering stolen goods in the investigation.
