摘要
[目的]研究中医护理技术改善青光眼术后的预后效果。[方法]选择医院青光眼患者118例,抽签法分为观察组(中医护理)与对照组(常规护理)各59例,比较生活质量、眼压值、护理效果与并发症。[结果]护理前两组生活质量与眼压值无差异,P>0.05;护理后与对照组比,观察组生活质量高,眼压值低,组内数据存在统计学差异;有效率高,并发症率低,P<0.05。[结论]对青光眼患者采用中医护理技术能提高手术效果且预防并发症,值得推荐。
[Objective]To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology on the prognosis of glaucoma.[Methods]A total of 118 patients with glaucoma in our hospital were selected.The sampling method was divided into 59 observation group(Chinese medicine nursing)and control group(conventional nursing),respectively.The quality of life,intraocular pressure,nursing effect and complications were compared.[Results]There was no difference in the quality of life and intraocular pressure between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After the nursing,compared with the control group,the quality of life of the observation group was high,the intraocular pressure was low,and the data in the group was statistically different.The efficiency was high and concurrent.The rate of illness was low(P<0.05).[Conclusion]It is recommended to use traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques for glaucoma patients to improve the surgical results and prevent complications.
