摘要
[目的]探讨穴位注射维生素B12结合针灸治疗颈椎病的临床效果。[方法]选取2017年3月-2019年5月期间广东省茂名市人民医院收治的60例颈椎病患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组采用穴位注射维生素B12治疗,观察组采用穴位注射维生素B12结合针灸治疗。评估两组患者的临床疗效,于治疗前后进行日本骨科协会评估治疗评分(JOA)量表、中医证候评分量表和视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估,记录两组患者的预后情况。[结果]观察组临床治疗有效率高于对照组(83.33%vs 60.67%,P<0.05);治疗后观察组治疗后JOA评分(11.95±2.01 vs 9.16±2.19)高于对照组,中医证候评分(12.04±3.47vs 16.68±3.36)和VAS评分(0.52±0.15 vs1.17±0.24)低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者预后优良率高于对照组(86.67%vs 66.67%,P<0.05)。[结论]穴位注射维生素B12结合针灸治疗颈椎病疗效显著,可有效缓解患者临床症状,改善预后。
[Objective]To investigate the clinical effect of acupoint injection of vitamin B12 combined with acupuncture on cervical spondylosis.[Methods]Sixty patients with cervical spondylosis admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to May 2019 were randomly divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The patients in the control group were treated with acupoint injection of vitamin B12.The patients in the observation group were treated with acupoint injection of vitamin B12 combined with acupuncture.The clinical efficacy of the two groupswas evaluated.The Japanese orthopaedic association scores,the TCM syndrome score scale and the visual analogue scale(VAS)were evaluated before and after treatment.The prognosis of the two groups was recorded.[Results]The effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(83.33%vs 60.67%,P<0.05).After treatment,the JOA score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(11.95±2.01 vs 9.16±2.19).The TCM syndrome scores(12.04±3.47 vs 16.68±3.36)and the VAS score(0.52±0.15 vs1.17±0.24)were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The prognosis of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(86.67%vs 66.67%,P<0.05).[Conclusion]Acupoint injection of vitamin B12 combined with acupuncture is effective in treating cervical spondylosis,which can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms and improve prognosis.
