摘要
城乡融合发展是促进民生建设的重要引擎,对促进社会公平正义、使全体人民共享改革发展成果具有重要意义.在城乡融合发展过程中,民生建设存在的突出问题主要有"城乡收入水平差距大,城乡贫富差距大;城乡教育资源配置不公平,城乡人口素质差距明显;城乡社会保障建设不平衡;城乡生态环境差距明显".应该从以下四个层面加强应对:调整城乡产业结构,转移农村剩余劳动力,缩小城乡人民收入水平;促进教育资源更加合理配置,加大乡村教育资源投入力度;不断保障和改善民生,完善城乡一体的社会保障政策体系;打造生态宜居的生活环境,共建美丽中国.
The integration of urban and rural development is an important engine for promoting the construction of people's livelihood.It is of great significance to promoting social fairness and justice and enabling all people to share the fruits of reform and development.In the process of urban-rural integration development,the outstanding problems in the construction of people's livelihood are mainly:"the gap between urban and rural income levels is large,the gap between urban and rural areas is large;the allocation of urban and rural education resources is unfair,the gap between urban and rural population quality is obvious;the urban and rural social security construction is not balanced;urban and rural ecology The environmental gap is obvious."The response should be strengthened from the following four levels:adjusting urban and rural industrial structure,transferring rural suiplus labor,narrowing the income level of urban and rural people,promoting more rational allocation of educational resources,increasing investment in rural education resources,continuously ensuring and improving people's livelihood,and improving urban and rural integration.Social security policy system;create an ecologically livable living environment and build a beautiful China.
