摘要
四川省医疗卫生和养老服务资源彼此相对独立的服务体系不符合老年人群多样化、持续性的养老要求.就四川省现阶段医养结合养老模式而言,存在医疗和养老资源供需不均衡、资金投入缺口大、专业人才短缺、管理和法律机制不完善等问题.因此,推进四川省医养结合养老模式的发展,应优化医疗和养老资源供给,加大人力、资金投入力度,落实各项优惠措施,健全管理和法律机制等,以应对社会养老难题.
the relatively independent service system of medical and health care and elderly care resources in Sichuan province does not meet the diversified and sustainable elderly care requirements.In terms of the current mode of combining medical care and old-age care in Sichuan province,there are some problems,such as unbalanced supply and demand of medical care and old-age care resources,large gap of capital investment,shortage of professional talents,imperfect management and legal mechanism.Therefore,to promote the development of the mode of combining medical care and old-age care in Sichuan province,it is necessary to optimize the supply of medical care and old-age care resources,increase the manpower and capital input,implement various preferential measures,improve the management and legal mechanism,etc.,in order to cope with social old-age problems.
