雾化吸入α-2b干扰素在手足口病中的疗效分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨干扰素治疗手足口病的疗效.方法 将2018年5月-2018年10月在苏州市尹山湖医院及南京市江宁医院儿科门诊治疗的手足口病患者共360 例,随机分为观察组1、观察组2与对照组,各120 例.观察组1接受干扰素雾化治疗,一日一次,观察组2接受干扰素雾化治疗,一日两次,对照组未接受干扰素治疗,现对比分析两个观察组之间以及观察组与对照组之间患儿的疗效.结果 (1)观察组1、2比较:体温复常时间、能进食时间,口腔溃疡愈合时间,观察组2均显著低于观察组1,差异有统计学意义(t=6.368,P<0.05;t=4.05,P<0.05;t=3.45,P<0.05);两组皮疹消退时间差异无统计学意义(t=1.836,P=0.067).(2)观察组与对照组比较:体温复常时间、能进食时间、口腔溃疡愈合时间、皮疹消退时间,观察组均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=11.67,P<0.0001;t=10.33,P<0.0001;t=19.12,P<0.0001;t=9.455,P<0.0001).(3)经疗效评价,观察组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=51.803,P<0.0001).结论 干扰素雾化治疗手足口病的疗效良好,具有起效快、无痛苦、安全性好等优点. Objective To investigate the efficacy of interferon in the treatment of hand foot and mouth disease (HFMD). Methods A total of 360 pediatric outpatients treated for HFMD in Suzhou Yinshanhu Hospital and Nanjing Jiangning Hospital from May 2018 to October 2018 were randomly divided into observation group 1, observation group 2, and control group, with 120 cases each. The observation group 1 received interferon atomization treatment, once a day, the observation group 2 received interferon atomization treatment, twice a day, the control group did not receive the interferon treatment. Comparative analysis of curative effect was done. Results (1)Comparison between observation group 1 and 2: body temperature recovery time, feeding time and oral ulcer healing time in observation group 2 were significantly lower than those in observation group 1, the difference was statistically significant (t=6.368, P<0.05;t=4.05, P<0.05;t=3.45, P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the time of rash regression between the two groups (t=1.836, P=0.067). (2)Comparison between the observation group and the control group: body temperature recovery time, feeding time, oral ulcer healing time, and the time of rash regression in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (t=11.67, P<0.0001;t=10.33, P<0.0001;t=19.12, P<0.0001;t=9.455, P<0.0001). (3)Efficacy evaluation: the treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (χ^2=51.803, P<0.0001). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of interferon atomization on HFMD is good. It has the advantages of quick onset, no pain and good safety.
