摘要
废弃矿区治理是建设美丽中国的重要领域之一。当前,治理废弃矿区已逐渐从初级的复绿、复垦转向“多元共生”的综合治理与开发。其中景观评价在提升资源价值、挖掘矿区景观潜力等方面作用明显,为设计介入矿区全生命周期和矿区综合治理与开发等奠定基础。由于VRM、VSM等传统景观评价方法运用于矿区治理存在指标体系缺乏针对性和评价过程主观化等问题,为此,以大冶铜绿山矿区为例,运用GIS和模糊综合评判法,并借鉴景观生态学相关理论,同时兼顾矿区的隐形文化内涵,构建由景观视觉敏感度、景色质量、景观生态、景观格局、文化价值5小类共17项指标组成的废弃矿区景观综合评价体系及指标权重,并以大冶铜绿山矿区为例,通过层次分析获得景观视觉美学、景观生态以及景观人文3方面的评价结果,以期破解传统矿区治理综合效益低、环境治理与社会重构割裂等困境,为废弃矿区的规划设计发展和管理提出科学建议。
Treatment of abandoned mining areas is one of the important areas of building a beautiful China.At present,the treatment of abandoned mining areas has gradually changed from primary greening and reclamation to comprehensive treatment and development.Landscape evaluation plays an obvious role in enhancing resource value and tapping the landscape potential of mining areas,which can lay a solid foundation for design intervention in the whole life cycle of mining areas and comprehensive treatment and development of mining areas.Due to the application of VRM,VSM and other traditional landscape evaluation methods in mining governance,there are problems such as lack of pertinence in the index system and subjective evaluation process.Based on GIS and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and relevant theories of landscape ecology,but also the invisible culture connotation,for the mining area to build the landscape visual sensitivity,landscape,landscape ecology,landscape pattern,landscape quality cultural value 5 classes,a total of 17 indicators of abandoned mining area landscape evaluation system and index weight.Finally,the paper takes the tonglushan mining area of daye as an example to study the difficulties in traditional mining areas,such as low comprehensive benefits,separation between environmental management and social reconstruction.
