摘要
为研究褐藻多糖对仔猪抗氧化能力、肠道菌群和肠细胞因子的影响,试验选用24头28日龄三元杂交断奶仔猪,随机均分为3个处理组(C、T1和T2组),C组饲喂基础日粮,T1组和T2组分别在基础日粮中添加200 mg/kg和400 mg/kg的褐藻多糖。试验期为21 d。结果表明:C组、T1组和T2组仔猪末重、日增重、日采食量和料重比均无显著差异(P>0.05);T2组仔猪血浆总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著高于C组(P<0.05);T1组仔猪血浆丙二醛(MDA)水平显著低于C组(P<0.05),T2组仔猪血浆MDA水平极显著低于C组(P<0.01);C组、T1、和T2组盲肠大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌、乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌数量均无显著差异(P>0.05);T1组盲肠白介素-1β(IL-1β)和白介素-22 (IL-22)水平均显著或极显著低于C组(P<0.05或P<0.01),T2组盲肠肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、IL-1β和IL-22水平均显著或极显著低于C组(P<0.05或P<0.01),T1、T2及C组盲肠白介素-10 (IL-10)水平均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结果提示,饲料中添加褐藻多糖能提高仔猪抗氧化功能,降低盲肠TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-22水平;褐藻多糖的添加量以400 mg/kg为最佳。
In order to study the effects of brown algae polysaccharide on antioxidant capacity, intestinal flora and intestinal cytokines contents in piglets, twenty-four weanling piglets were randomly divided into three groups. Piglets in control group were supplemented with basal diet, Piglets in T1 group and T2 group were supplemented with 200 mg/kg and 400 mg/kg brown algae polysaccharide in basal diet, respectively. The experiment lasted 21 days. The results showed that there were no significant differences in growth performance among control group, T1 group and T2 group(P>0.05). Plasma T-AOC levels in T2 group were higher than control group(P<0.05), plasma MDA levels in T1 group were lower than control group(P<0.05), and plasma MDA levels in T2 group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.01). There were no significant differences in the numbers of Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium in caecum of piglets in all of the three experimental groups. Caecum IL-1β and IL-22 levels in T1 group were lower or significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01), Caecum TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-22 levels in T2 group were lower or significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01), while there were no significant differences in caecum IL-10 levels among control, T1 and T2 group(P>0.05). The results indicated that brown algae polysaccharide could improve the antioxidant capacity in piglets and decreased caecum TNF-α, IL-1 β and IL-22 levels in piglets, and the best dosage of brown algae polysaccharide was 400 mg per kg of feed.
