摘要
“现代物流管理”作为高校物流管理专业的专业核心基础课,在整个物流管理专业的课程体系中发挥着重要的先导作用。本文结合Kano模型在影响因素分类方面的优势及模糊理论在处理不确定性问题方面的优势,构建模糊Kano模型。从教师素养、教学能力、课堂吸引力、专业培养、个人发展、后勤保障、休闲娱乐、学生管理等7个方面对“现代物流管理”课堂教学影响因素进行探讨,并通过西南科技大学城市学院进行实证研究,以期对民办高校“现代物流管理”课堂教学提供一定的指导意义。
As the core basic course of logistics management major in colleges and universities,Modern Logistics Management plays an important leading role in the whole course system of logistics management major.A Fuzzy Kano model was constructed,combining with the advantages of Kano model’s classification on influencing factors and Fuzzy theory’s dealing with the uncertainty,to discuss the influence factors of the classroom teaching Modern Logistics Management from the teachers'quality,teaching ability,classroom attraction,professional training,personal development,logistics,entertainment,student management.At last this paper takes the city college of southwest university of science and technology for example as the empirical research in order to provide some advice for the classroom teaching of Modern Logistics Management in private colleges.
