摘要
环孢素A(Cyclosporin A,CsA)现已广泛用于器官移植及多种自身免疫性疾病的治疗,能明显提高患者的存活率,有效延缓疾病进展,但其存在的诸多不良反应亦在一定程度上限制其临床应用。分别从中医学、西医学角度探求CsA诸多不良反应的病机特点及发病机制,从不同侧面论述相应的治疗方案,剖析中医药在CsA所致不良反应中的防治思路与方法,同时明确络病理论在中医药防治中的指导作用,为日后CsA更合理广泛地应用于临床提供理论依据。
Cyclosporin A(CsA) has been widely used in the treatment of organ transplantation and various autoimmune diseases. It can significantly increase the survival rate of patients and effectively delay the progression of disease. This article explores the pathogenesis and pathogenesis of many toxic side effects from the perspective of modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine, discusses the corresponding treatment options from different perspectives, and analyzes the thinking and methods of the toxic side effects caused by traditional Chinese medicine in CsA treatment in order to provide theoretical basis for reasonable and wide clinical use.
