摘要
中药饲料添加剂经过微生物发酵,不仅能提高动物生长性能和免疫力,也是代替抗生素的理想选择,其应用前景十分广阔。文章对发酵型中药饲料添加剂的概念、优势以及在家禽、畜牧、水产中的应用研究进行了综述,并总结了其可能的促生长作用机制。最后,对发酵型中药饲料添加剂面临的问题及前景进行讨论。
After fermented by microorganism,the feed additives of traditional Chinese medicine not only improve the growth performance and immunity of animals,but also is an ideal alternative to antibiotics,which have a broad application prospect.In the paper,we elucidated the concept and advantages,and the application in poultry,animal husbandry,aquaculture in recent years of fermented traditional Chinese medicine feed additives.Additionally,we summarized the growth promote mechanism of fermented traditional Chinese medicine feed additives.Finally,the article discussed the problem and prospect of fermented traditional Chinese medicine feed additives.
