摘要
目的瞬时受体电位香草酸亚型1(TRPV1)表达于许多代谢活性组织细胞中,参与糖代谢稳态维持的生理过程。阻断神经元上TRPV1通道可打破由神经肽P物质和降钙素基因相关肽引发的神经源性炎症,有益于2型糖尿病及其并发症炎性反应的改善作用;非神经元上TRPV1通道激活通过调节胃肠道激素、改善肠道菌群结构、提高胰岛素敏感性等参与糖稳态维持的调节,对2型糖尿病防治有益。本文就神经元与非神经元上的TRPV1通道与2型糖尿病的关系进行综述,为2型糖尿病防治提供潜在的靶点。
Transient receptor potential channel vanilloid type-1(TRPV1)is expressed in cells of many metabolically active tissues and is involved in maintaining glucose metabolism homeostasis.Blocking the TRPV1 channel on neurons can break the neurogenic inflammation caused by neuropeptide substance P and calcitonin gene-related peptide,which is beneficial to the improvement of type 2 diabetes and comorbidities.Activation of TRPV1 channel on non-neurons is involved in the regulation of glucose homeostasis by regulating gastrointestinal hormones,improving intestinal flora structure and improving insulin sensitivity,which is beneficial to the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes.This review summarized the relationship between the TRPV1 channel on neurons and non-neurons and T2D,providing a potential target for the prevention and treatment of T2D.
